Welcome to PicACG Comics! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PicACG Comics website and application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PicACG Comics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.   • Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access PicACG Comics for any purpose without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PicACG Comics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of PicACG Comics or the content, materials, or products included on PicACG Comics. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall take place in Beijing, China, and the language of the arbitration shall be Chinese. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PicACG Comics at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use PicACG Comics will immediately cease.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PicACG Comics regarding your use of PicACG Comics and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and PicACG Comics.
